MARKS FOR CONGRESS - MARKS SECURES NEW JERSEY RIGHT TO LIFE ENDORSEMENT

Scotch Plains, NJ – Mayor Martin Marks, Republican candidate for Congress in the Seventh District, has won the endorsement of New Jersey’s largest and oldest pro-life political action committee - New Jersey Right to Life PAC.

“I am honored to have the endorsement of the New Jersey Right to Life PAC (NJRTL PAC).  I am proudly both a social and fiscal conservative,” said Marks.

“In Congress, I will stand-up for New Jersey’s strong sense of family and community. I vow to protect the right of life from conception until natural death. I will work closely with the other Congressional conservatives from New Jersey to protect tax payers from the social liberals’ agenda of redefining family values,” said Marks.

"In this election, voters are seeing an array of candidates who are loosely defining themselves as conservative. I find it hypocritical that some candidates would carry such a banner knowing that it’s invalid and lacks depth,” said Marks.

“This endorsement is a testament for those who are truly conservative on all fronts and I am honored to have been recognized by the leadership of the NJRTL PAC as such,” concluded Marks.

Citing the need to keep the 7th Congressional seat pro-life, NJRTL-PAC Director Marie Tasy said that Martin Marks is the candidate best suited to fulfill that goal.  “I am convinced that Martin Marks is the strongest pro-life candidate in the race.”

“This endorsement will provide a strong base of voters in both the primary and general election from which he can build for victory.  NRTL-PAC will utilize its various resources to help elect Martin Marks to Congress,” continued Tasy.

Martin Marks is a lifelong resident of the 7th Congressional District who shares the concerns and values of families and taxpayers. He is the only true conservative in the field for the Republican primary, and will bring core Republican principles on taxing, spending, national security and more back to Washington.
